Are your products unisex?

If your order has not entered production, we may be able to make changes or cancel it.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Faith by Print is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

If an incorrect address is entered, we may be able to assist if contacted before production or shipment; however, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided when available by the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for physical delivery rests with the carrier.

Faith by Print is not liable for:

• Stolen parcels
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Delivery delays outside our control

If an order appears lost, customers should:

Returned Shipments
